General Postal Information

Time frames quoted are for orders placed by 12pm (British Summer Time/GMT+01:00) on a working day.
Working days are considered Monday to Friday inclusive, excluding British bank holidays.
Amygdala cannot be held responsible for inaccurate addresses, or for damage or loss of an order following your authorisation to the courier to leave the goods in a safe place.
Please note that we reserve the right to not deliver to certain addresses that may be insecure, such as PO Boxes and communal addresses.  In these instances we will contact you regarding your order as soon as possible.
Very rarely, there may be times when we may not be able to fulfil your order.  In this instance we will contact you as soon as possible.
On occasion, delivery times may fall outside the quoted time frames due to circumstances beyond our control.
In the case of an attempted delivery whilst you were out, the courier should leave you a card with instructions on arranging a re-delivery or collection.

Returns

UK Freepost Returns

 

We want you to shop with complete confidence at Amygdala.

 

If you change your mind after receiving your order, UK customers can return
new and unused items for free anytime within 30 days of receipt.  
If you would like to return an item, please follow the steps below.
 

  1. Contact us at info@amygdalabeauty.com with your order number and reason for return. 
  2. We will send you a Returns Number (RMA Number) to write on the front of the parcel to return, and a pre-paid FREEPOST label.
  3. Package the order up securely and attach the FREEPOST label to the front of the package.
  4. Please obtain a free proof of postage from the Post Office when posting.
  5. Upon receipt of the return we will send you an acknowledgement email and process the refund back to your original method of payment within 2 working days.
    Please note that refunds can take up to 30 days to show up on your statement.

 

If on the rare occasion your item is faulty or not as described,
or your order is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help. 

International Returns


We are happy to accept returns of new, unused items within 30 days of receipt.
However please note that we are not responsible for return postage costs for international orders.

 

  1. Contact us at info@amygdalabeauty.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will send you a Returns Number (RMA Number) to put on the front of the parcel to return.
  3. Fill out your reason for return on the back of the delivery note.
  4. Enclose the delivery note with the product and package up securely.
  5. Please address to Returns, 45 Birch Crescent, South Ockendon, Essex, RM15 6TZ, United Kingdom and obtain a proof of postage from your Post Office.
  6. Upon receipt of the order we will send you an email and process the refund back to your original method of payment within 2 working days.
